[05 Sep 2006|03:12pm] SAVE STARGATE SG-1 Seriously, what the fuck. This is blasphemy. Heinous. Disgusting. Depressing. I cried. Those bastards made me cry. Anyway, but honestly, if you could do anything to help them out I would really, really appreciate it. Too many awesome shows have been cancelled lately, and while SG-1 definitely HAS had a good run so far, I don't think it's time to shut them down yet, especially not when they have so much of the Ori story left to tell. It's one of the few shows on television left that's worth watching, and I don't know how I'm going to function without it. Anything AT ALL. Send in a postcard, email, letter, buy a couple episodes from iTunes of SG-1 for $1.99/episode. Or hell, just watch it live instead of taping or TiVoing it to help boost the ratings, which is one of the reasons they're listing for the show's cancellation. If you could even just turn your TV on while the show is on and go do something - read a book, wash some dishes, masturbate, whatever - it would make a difference, and it would cost you...nothing, except a few extra cents on your electricity bill maybe, but I think you'll survive. Honestly, anything. Thanks, kids. I'm off to go do my part and make some postcards and write some more emails. check you out
